How does a console table work?

Among the different console tables you can find several types of opening system. The easiest ones are folding tops that double in size and are usually used for classic console tables. Then we have wall-mounted console tables with a top that drops down: in this case the furniture piece is fixed to the wall and it opens only if it's necessary.
